Level 18 Minions? - Guild Wars Forums

I was in Fissure the other day and this fellow was walking around with, quite literally, an ARMY of Level 18 Bones...how is this possible>? What spell did he use since the books and other forums only list getting 1-10 level bone minions or level 14 bone minons. Please help, thanks!

Level 18 Horrors are possible with max death magic, the scar pattern that gives +1 to dm, and a superior rune of (+3) death magic. It is even possible to get lvl 19's with a staff with % to +1 Death magic. (I know this because I have all of it). The numbers given in forums/books are based on maxing an attribute, not with bonuses.
